    When paying privately for your services, there is more flexibility regarding the involvement of your physician.

    We are out-of-network providers for Medicare Advantage plans. However, talk to us about how you may use your out-of-network benefits.

    If you are not using insurance to cover your services, then you can expect an evaluation to cost between $275-$400 out of pocket depending on the specific service needed (e.g. aphasia assessment vs swallowing assessment). A treatment session may cost approx $150.

    We accept payments via Zelle transfer, HSA/FSA, and credit card.

  • We understand that it can be challenging to coordinate transportation when you no longer drive. Services can conveniently be delivered via telepractice to Texas residents anywhere in the state.

    We also provide mobile outpatient therapy to residents at ILFs/ALFs. Inquire about whether your community is within our service area.

  • This varies based on your unique needs. However, evaluations may last approximately 60-75min, while treatment sessions may last approximately 45min.

  • Your Bright Speech provider is a native English speaker, but also proficient in Spanish. We strive to be sensitive to the cultural needs of the patients we serve.
